Thank you for coming by WhoLeftTheFatOut.com to find new ways to eat healthy. I'm honored to have you try some of my favorite recipes and share all that I've learned about eating better. I want to hear all of your feedback so I can make this blog your source for healthy foods to crave.

A little about me

I LOVE FOOD. I grew up in New York in a large Italian family, having some of the best homemade dishes on the planet. There was always so much love put into our meals, making them unforgettable. When you eat as much delicious Italian food as I did, there's no surprise that I got to a point where I had to get my weight under control. Since January of 2015, I have been cooking up new recipes that remind me of the love in those dishes but in a much healthier way.

At the end of March of 2015 I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in California and found new inspiration with the fresh produce that's available year-round. Since then my recipes have become even more fresh and delicious. To date I have lost just over 70 pounds. If I can do it, anyone can.

I love to cook and come up with new dishes to keep my taste buds (and my waistline) on their toes. After being asked to share my recipes with my fitness friends, I decided a blog would be a great opportunity to share with everyone. I have been in the marketing industry for over a decade and my favorite times were always when I got to work with food. And I get to do it again here!
