Blueberries are one of the most nutritious foods out there. In season, these little fruits are sweet and juicy. I created this Blueberry Watermelon Delight drink on a hot summer afternoon and it was quite refreshing. Plus, you get all the health benefits of blueberries.

  1. In a blender, combine the water, 3/4 cup of frozen blueberries and watermelon. Pour into glasses and add remaining blueberries.
Recipe Notes

If you're looking for something more filling, simply replace a half a cup of water with a half a cup of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
