Cinnamon Caramel Candied Almonds
Torani Sugar Free Classic Caramel syrup
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk the egg white and syrup together until frothy. In a separate bowl, combine the cinnamon and Stevia.
Add the almonds to the egg white mixture and make sure all almonds are well coated. Add in the cinnamon mix into the bowl and combine well.
Spread the almonds out on a sheet pan coated with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow them to completely cool before serving.
