Making these cinnamon flatbread chips is not only quick but a healthier alternative to many other chips. They have a great cinnamon flavor and pair perfectly with the yogurt.

Cinnamon Flatbread Chips
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the flatbread pieces into little squares and triangles. Lay them out on a foil-lined baking sheet and brush them with the canola oil. Sprinkle cinnamon on top so the pieces look kind of spotted.
Bake for 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool before serving. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, honey and cinnamon. Serve chips with dip and enjoy!
