  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut the flatbread sheets into chip-sized pieces. A pizza cutter works best. You can get 9-12 chips per sheet. Arrange them in one layer on a baking sheet lined with foil. Brush with a thin layer of olive oil. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the tomato, basil, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving with the chips. Enjoy!
