Grilled Garlic Chicken Over Zoodles

  1. In a large pan, add onion, garlic and olive oil and start cooking over medium heat. Once the garlic and onions are browned, add the tomatoes, salt and pepper. Once it comes to a boil, lower the heat and let simmer, covered. Stir occasionally.
  2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and garlic herb seasoning. Start cooking on a grill or grill pan. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 162 degrees or the juices run clear. Let rest for 5 minutes after you remove from the heat.
  3. Add the basil to the tomato sauce and stir well. Add in the zoodles and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve the chicken on a bed of zoodles and enjoy!
