  1. Put chicken pieces in a large saute pan. Season with poultry seasoning and add the garlic to the pan. Cook over medium heat, covered for 15-20 minutes or when the internal temperature reaches 162 degrees.
  2. Remove the chicken from the pan and deglaze it with the chicken broth (see instructions above). Add the pomegranate (see tips for removing the seeds above) and butter. Cook for 3 minutes then lower the heat to low and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
  3. Once it's at the desired consistency, add basil and stir well. Pour over top of chicken and serve.
